Ship small. Ship often.
Two products live, both in use. Drafts stay in a folder until the studio is willing to put the wordmark on them.
Files over services.
No subscription when a one-time purchase will do. Buy it, own it, use it — no account to maintain, no recurring charge.
One kiln, one voice.
Everything that leaves the bench shares one mark, one editorial voice, one quiet design language. The wordmark is the only flourish.
