Mawxy Budget Privacy Policy

Mawxy Budget is an expense tracker for Android made by Mawxy ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. The short version: your data stays on your phone, and we never see it.

What the app stores

The transactions, categories, budgets and settings you enter are stored only on your device. Mawxy Budget has no account system, no servers, no analytics and no advertising. We do not collect, receive, sell or share your data.

Backups

If Android backup is on for your Google account, Android may include the app's data in your device backup so it can be restored on a new phone. Google handles that backup under your Google account, and we can't access it.

Purchases

Mawxy Budget Pro is bought through Google Play. Google processes the payment under the Google Privacy Policy. The app only asks Google Play whether Pro has been purchased on your account; we don't receive your payment details.

CSV export

When you export to CSV, the file is saved wherever you choose. What happens to it after that is up to you.

Deleting your data

Because your data only exists on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by uninstalling the app, or with Android Settings → Apps → Mawxy Budget → Storage → Clear storage.

Children

Mawxy Budget is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
