mawxy.com collects the minimum data needed to operate the site. We don't set advertising cookies, we don't share data with third parties, and we don't track you across the web.
What we collect
- No third-party analytics are currently deployed on mawxy.com. The site runs on Vercel, which logs request metadata (IP address, user agent, URL) at the edge for operational and security purposes; these logs are not used for marketing or behavioural profiling.
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, topic, and message — only if you choose to submit the form. Submissions are forwarded to the studio operator's inbox and used solely to reply to your enquiry. They are not used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third parties.
Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR)
We process contact form submissions on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Vercel edge logs (including IP addresses) are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Where you have given consent for any optional processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@mawxy.com.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond and are deleted within 90 days unless an ongoing relationship requires otherwise. To request deletion, email hello@mawxy.com.
